Holder of a Diploma in Management, Phan Ying Tong has a total of 31 years service with the Public Bank Group. He was a Branch Manager of several branches in Public Bank before his appointment as General Manager of Cambodian Public Bank in 2002. He was appointed the Country Head of Cambodian Public Bank in 2007 and thereafter, as the Executive Director in 2010.

Holder of a Bachelor of Business degree, DIM, DBFS and CCP, Ong Ming Teck has a total of 29 years service with the Public Bank Group. He was a Manager in Public Bank before his appointment as Deputy General Manager of Cambodian Public Bank in 2008.

Holder of a Diploma in Banking & Financial Services, Mr. Tan Swee Huat has a total of 33 years service with the Public Bank Group. He was a Manager in Public Bank before his appointment as Deputy General Manager of Cambodian Public Bank in 2009.

Holder of a Master degree in Finance, Sor Sokunthea has 13 years experience in banking prior to joining Cambodian Public Bank in 1992 as a Deputy General Manager.
