Head Office
Internal Auditor
 
  • Responsible for conducting audit and review of the branches and Head Office departments in accordance with the Bank’s audit scopes, approaches, methodologies and ensure the audit objectives are met.
  • A recognized University Degree preferably related to Accounting/Auditing, Computer Science/IT or Finance and Banking.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in internal and external auditing or information systems auditing.
  • Able to work well with all levels of staff and a team player.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English with good interpersonal skills.
  • Must be prepared to travel extensively especially to provinces for audit assignments.
Compliance Officer
  • Conduct on-site compliance checks on Head Office Departments to assess their compliance level against the policies, guidelines and regulations.
  • Check, verify, investigate and report non-compliance/operational lapses and to initiate remedial actions immediately.
  • Assist the business units in creating and instilling compliance awareness in operations.
  • Act as liaison between the Government entities and the Bank. 
  • A recognised University Degree preferably related to law or banking.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in financial sector.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Possess good spoken and written English. 
Merchant Acquiring Officer
 
  • Recruit new merchants to meet set targets and provide post sales service/ training  to merchants.
  • Advise merchants on new, revised or expanded services.
  • Manage marketing programmes with merchants.
  • Assist in selling and promoting the Bank’s cards, and assist in the investigation of fraud activities. 
  • A recognised University Degree preferably related to Banking and Finance or Marketing.
  • Result-oriented with a strong desire to sell and possess good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to converse in Chinese/Korean or Japanese will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
Senior System Administrator, IT Department
 
  • Maintain and monitor IT system performance and network connectivity to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist in troubleshooting for all issues related to network, operating system software, applications or equipment failure.
  • Evaluate and recommend security improvements and system upgrades.
  • Assist in network design and implementation and recommend best practice on network infrastructure setup.
  • Perform systems hardening, evaluate systems vulnerabilities and apply patches/fixes.
  • Assist in planning for disaster recovery activities and documentation of procedures.
  • A recognised University Degree in Computer Science/IT or relevant qualification. Those with CCNA or CCNP certification would be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in network engineering administration and preferably with good knowledge in Cisco switches, routers and firewalls.
  • Possess in-depth understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP) and routing protocols (e.g. BGP, OSPF).
  • Possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills. 
     
Application Support Officer, IT Department
  • Design, develop, support and maintain business application software for the Bank.
  • Responsible for the smooth running of all banking application systems.
  • A recognised University Degree preferably related to Computer Science/ IT or relevant  qualification.
  • Possess good knowledge in secure Coding Standard, retail banking, credit card or finance system would be an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in VB.net, C#, ASP.net, Web Service, Oracle, MS SQL Server or SAS programming.
  • Possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills and ability to work well under   pressure.
  • Possesses good spoken and written English.
Sales & Marketing Officers 
  • Sell and market the Bank's full range of financial products and services to meet set targets.
  • A recognized University Degree preferably relating to Banking and Finance or Marketing.
  • Experience in the sales of financial products will be an advantage.
  • Outgoing personality with keen interest in business development and sales related activities.
  • Pro-active, self motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to converse in Chinese/Korean or Japanese will be an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
  • Prepared to travel extensively.
Authorizers
  • Approve or decline authorization requests based on established guidelines as well as attending calls regarding lost, stolen or destroyed cards.
  • Pleasant disposition and able to work under pressure.
  • Must be prepared to work three (3) rotating shifts.
  • Relevant experience in a credit/charge card industry is preferred.
  • Able to speak English and Chinese would be an advantage
Customer Service Support Operator
  • Support and handle customer enquiries related to banking services particularly ATM and internet banking services
  • Pleasant disposition and able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to converse in English and Chinese will be an added advantage.
  • Must be prepared to work on 3 rotating shifts.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged.
Computer Operator
  • Monitor the operations of computer hardware/ systems, ensure timely execution of jobs and  prompt problems escalation.
  • Print and sort reports for distribution to the users and branches.
  • A recognised University Degree preferably related to Management Information System.
  • Must be prepared to work on 3 rotating shifts.
  • Possess good spoken and written English.
  • Possess own transport.
Security Guards
  • Ensure the safety of staff, customers and property of the Bank.
  • Ensure all visitors are thoroughly screened before being allowed to enter the building.
  • Patrol around and inside the bank premises to detect and prevent any unauthorized entry or instrusion.
  • Control the traffic flow around the perimeter of the building
  • Monitor all security surveilance system.
  • Minimum Upper Secondary Education Diploma certification.
  • Physically fit and good eyesight.
  • Able to communicate and work in a team.
  • Must be prepared to work on 8-12 hours shift cycles, weekends and public holidays.
  • Experience would be an advantage.  
Internships
  • Internships are offered all year round in various business units in Head Office for a minimum duration of 2 months.
  • Students in final year of an undergraduate program or fresh graduates with a strong academic track record and a minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Applicable for Cambodian nationals.
  • Ability to converse and write in English.
Head Office and Phnom Penh Branches Credit Officer
  • Responsible for the evaluation and assessment of applications for all types of credit facilities.
  • Required to perform field work such as site visitation.
  • A recognized University Degree preferably related to Banking.
  • Experience related to credit processing, evaluation and appraisals preferably in a financial institution or financial services industry.
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese language, analytical ability and able to work independently.
  • Must be innovative, pro-active and result-oriented.
Phnom Penh Branches, Siem Reap, Preah Sihanouk, Kampong Cham, Bavet, Suong and Kampot

 
Clerks / Tellers
  • Perform account opening and other counter transactions i.e. deposits and withdrawals, exchange of currencies and accept payments for loans/credit cards.
  • Attend to customers' enquiries related to the Bank's products and services.
  • Provide administrative support to the branch.
  • Diploma in Banking or its equivalent with good Mathematics result.
  • Ability to converse and write in English and Chinese would be an added advantage.
  • No experience required.
Cash Counting Staff
  • Perform and handle counting, sorting, bundling of bank notes/cash and related functions in the cash room.
  • Attend to daily front-line operations and provide administrative support to the branch.
  • Completed high school education.
  • Willing to work hard and is a team worker.
  • Possesses a pleasant personality.
  • Able to speak English and Chinese would be an advantage.
Nationwide Graduate Trainee
