Campu Bank had on 22 February 2012, opened an extended service counter at the US Embassy to provide basic banking services to about 600 staff comprised of about 150 expatriates, 250 local staff and 200 foreign Temporary Duty officers involved in 3 active non-government organizations.
 
The simple official opening ceremony was attended by Mr. Jeff Daigle, Deputy Chief of Mission to Cambodia and Mr. David Richelsoph, First Secretary and Ms. Sarah Padula, Financial Management Officer whilst the Bank was represented by Mr. Phan Ying Tong, the Country Head and Mr. Ngor Lyko, the Branch Manager of Phnom Penh Main Branch.
