Strengthening Ties Between Cambodian Public Bank and National Bank of Cambodia 

In a significant move to bolster financial cooperation, Mr. Lai Wan, Chairman of Public Bank, Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Dr. Tay Ah Lek, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Public Bank and Dato’ Mohamed Najeeb bin Abdullah, Chairman of Cambodian Public Bank paid a courtesy visit to Her Excellency Dr. Chea Serey, Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC).
 
The meeting took place at the Majestic Hotel, Kuala Lumpur on 27 February 2024 during which a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed with Bank Negara Malaysia. This MoU aimed to drive financial innovation and enhance secure cross-border payments between the two Central Banks.
 
Tan Sri Tay congratulated Dr. Chea Serey on her new role as Governor of NBC and praised the Bank’s initiatives including the de-dollarisation of the Cambodian economy and the expansion of the Bakong Payment System to India and China. He commended the NBC’s support for Cambodian Public Bank, assuring continued collaboration to improve Cambodia’s banking sector.
 
Dr. Chea Serey expressed gratitude for the visit and shared insights on Cambodia’s economic recovery post-COVID-19, along with updates on the Bakong Payment System.
 

Forging Stronger Trade Partnerships At Business Forum

In conjunction with the first official visit to Malaysia by Cambodia’s new Prime Minister, His Excellency Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet, Cambodian Public Bank sponsored a sum of USD 10,000 as the platinum sponsor for the Malaysia-Cambodia Business Forum, which was jointly organised by the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce and the Malaysia Business Chamber of Commerce.
 
The Forum was held at the Majestic Hotel in Kuala Lumpur on 27 February 2024 and was supported by the Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA),  Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE) and National Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia (NCCIM).

On 21 February 2024, Cambodian Public Bank was honoured with six prestigious Leadership Awards from VISA International, recognising its excellence in credit payment and affluent credit spend. This remarkable achievement underscores the Bank’s commitment to providing top-tier financial services and its leadership in the banking sector.
 
The awards received include Leadership in Spend per Active Card for Visa Credit in Affluent Segment 2023, Leadership in Spend per Active Card for Visa Debit in Affluent Segment 2023, Leadership in Consumer Credit Payment Volume 2023, Leadership in Domestic Merchant Sales Volume 2023, Champion of Security Issuing Award 2023, and Champion of Security Acquiring Award 2023. Championing Financial Education for Students With Sponsorship

As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts, Cambodian Public Bank has allocated USD5,000 to support the Financial Education Programme in schools. This initiative, launched by the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC) in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports aimed to integrate financial literacy into the public school curriculum.

Mr. Ngor Lyko, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Cambodian Public Bank received the certificate of appreciation from His Excellency Yim Leat, Deputy Governor of NBC at the Centre for Banking Studies in Phnom Penh on 1 February 2024.

Empowering SMEs: Unveiling Visa Business Credit

On 25 January 2024, Cambodian Public Bank launched its Visa Business Credit Card at the Phnom Penh Main Branch, tailored to meet the needs of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) requiring short-term working capital and cash flow management.

The launch event was graced by Mr. Ong Ming Teck, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Cambodian Public Bank, alongside Ms. Ivana Tranchini, Country Manager of Cambodia Visa Worldwide Pte Limited, marking a significant milestone in the Bank’s ongoing efforts to support local businesses.

Cambodian Public Bank, in partnership with Visa since 2006, has a proven track record in merchant acquiring business and has been issuing credit and debit cards since 2007. With the strong partnership, the Bank aimed to provide effective financial assistance to both existing and new SME clients through its network of 32 branches across Cambodia and its online platform, further reinforcing its online platform and commitment to fostering economic growth and stability within the SME sector.

 

 

Cambodian Public Bank and Campu Securities Boost Cambodian Market Education with My First Stock 2023

In a major push to increase public knowledge about the Cambodian securities market, Cambodian Public Bank sponsored USD2,700 for the ‘My First Stock 2023’ event endorsed by the Secretary of State of Ministry of Economy and Finance and Chairman of Cambodia Securities Exchange Co., Ltd  (CSX), H.E. Dr. Hean Sahib. Led by CSX, the event was held from 16 to 19 November 2023 at Aeon Mall Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
 
The Bank and its insurance partners namely, Campu Lonpac Insurance Plc. and AIA (Cambodia) Life Insurance Plc promoted the Bank’s products and services at the exhibition. Campu Securities Plc. launched a new Second-Generation Online Trading Account Opening System, a promising revolutionary trading experience.
 
The event also boosted promotions for new investors, including a 50% brokerage commission discount until end of 2023 and educational games with monetary rewards.
 

‘Leadership in Credit Volume’ for Cambodian Public Bank

It was another significant milestone for Cambodian Public Bank when honoured with the ‘Leadership in Credit Volume’ award for the year 2023 by Mastercard. The prestigious recognition was presented during the Mastercard Client Appreciation Night 2023 at Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra Hotel, Cambodia on 1 December 2023.
 

Mr. Ong Ming Teck, Chief Executive Officer of Cambodian Public Bank, received the award from Ms. Winnie Wong, Country Manager for Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia of Mastercard, marking a notable achievement for the Bank in its commitment to excellence in financial services.

10th Business Working Session Highlights Strategic Goals

Cambodian Public Bank conducted its 10th Business Working Session at the Campu Bank Building in Phnom Penh on 14 September 2023. Courtesy Visit to NBC’s Honorary Governor

On 13 September 2023, Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Dr. Tay Ah Lek, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Public Bank, and Cambodian Public Bank Board Members paid a courtesy visit to His Excellency Chea Chanto, the Honorary Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC) after a 3-year hiatus due to COVID-19.

His Excellency Chea Chanto commended Cambodian Public Bank’s resilience and effective management during economic challenges, providing insights into Cambodia’s economic developments and pandemic recovery measures. Tan Sri Tay expressed his gratitude on behalf of the Bank for NBC’s continuous support, and assured His Excellency that the Bank would continue to support NBC’s effort towards improving the social-economic development and strengthening of the banking sector of Cambodia.

Job & Skills Summit 2023

Cambodian Public Bank proudly sponsored the ‘Job & Skills Summit 2023,’ contributing USD1,500 as a Gold Sponsor to the event organised by the Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF) in collaboration with the National University of Management (NUM), Cambodia.

Held on 29 to 30 September 2023 at NUM, the summit aimed to educate and inspire final-year university students to pursue careers in the banking and finance industry. Cambodian Public Bank held a booth to promote PB branding, cross-sell and refer products and services in partnership with Campu Lonpac Insurance Plc and AIA (Cambodia) Life Insurance Plc, in the meantime actively recruiting suitable candidates during the event.

On 26 June 2023, Russey Keo Branch of Campu Bank in Phnom Penh City officially expanded the Bank’s total network across the country as the 32nd branch.

Nodojiman Japanese Song Contest 2023

As part of Campu Bank’s ongoing Environmental, Social and Governance initiatives, Campu Bank supported the collaboration by the Embassy of Japan, the Cambodia-Japanese Cooperation Centre (CJCC) and Japan Foundation for the third time in organising the ‘Nodojiman Japanese Song Contest 2023’ held at the CJCC Building in Phnom Penh on 25 June 2023.

Campu Bank had organised ‘Campu BrightStar Children Day’, an ESG-themed contest on 27 May 2023 at the Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center.

The contest promotes to inculcate savings habit among the children. The contest received an overwhelming support of more than 200 children participation from existing and new account holders.

Attractive cash prizes and trophies were given out to the winners of the contest by Mr. Ngor Lyko, Chief Operating Officer of Campu Bank.

Angkor Hospital for Children Received Medical Aids

On 26 May 2023, Campu Bank donated essential medical aid to Angkor Hospital for Children (AHC) through its charity drive in conjunction with the religious observance 10th Bon Phka Prak in Siem Reap.

AHC is known for providing free healthcare and medical treatment to the underprivileged children, and Campu Bank is pleased to contribute towards a brighter and stronger healthcare for the younger generation.

Donation of Personal Computers to Child Care Centre

As part of the Bank’s ongoing ESG initiatives, Campu Bank donated two refurbished personal computers to Child Care Centre Full Gospel Assembly Cambodia on 13 January 2023 with the hope that the contribution would enhance their learning opportunities and computer literacy.

The Child Care Centre, a non-profit organisation located in Chamkadong Village, Srok Chbamorn, Kampong Speu Province was founded in 1996 is currently providing shelter and sponsoring primary and high school education needs for a total of 56 street children, orphans and children from the poor.

Every Blood Donor is a Lifesaver

In conjunction with Campu Bank’s 30th Anniversary, Campu Bank collaborated with the National Blood Transfusion Centre (NBTC) held a blood donation campaign themed ‘Donate Blood Save Life’ at Campu Bank head office on 9 December 2022.

This was the second blood donation campaign organised as part of the Bank’s ongoing Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives by Campu Bank for all staff, customers and partners. The campaign was participated by about 100 staff and customers.

Mr. Ong Ming Teck, Campu Bank CEO and Mr. Ly Sovith, NBTC Deputy Director officiated the campaign which was widely broadcasted in the local television network and various social platforms and newspapers.

Celebrating Pearl Jubilee in Style

Campu Bank celebrated its 30th Anniversary Dinner themed ‘Celebrating 30 Years of Success – Black-Tie Night’ together with Campu Lonpac Insurance and Campu Securities at the Garden City Hotel, Phnom Penh on 3 December 2022. After a two-year lapse due to COVID-19, the event was well received with an attendance of 940 staff.

Campu Bank Head Office had donated five refurbished computers to Aziza’s Place Organization (APO) in Khan Meanchey, Phnom Penh on 25 November 2022 to support the computer education classes for 50 underprivileged primary school students. APO is an organisation that provides day care shelter and language classes to the less fortunate.

Campu Bank Head Office continued their charity drive on 26 November 2022 when they gave financial assistance to refurbish 10 classrooms and the school library of the Phum Thom Primary School in Kandal Province and at the same time donated a recycled desktop computer, a new printer and study materials for 100 students worth USD2,500.

Campu Bank was proud to support the ‘Bankers’ Cycling 2022’ event jointly organised by Association of Bank in Cambodia and Cambodia Cycling Foundation (CCF) to promote the ‘Promote Khmer Riel and Sustainability of Banking Sector” in conjunction with ASEAN Savings Day.

About 500 participants from the National Bank of Cambodia, Ministry of Environment, Cambodia Cycling Foundation, commercial banks and micro-finance institutions took part in the event as they cycled their way around the scenic Terrace of the Elephant Park.

Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone and Kampong Speu Provincial Branches had jointly funded the setting–up of a children’s outdoor playground for Pun Leu Thmey Primary School, Kampong Speu Province

On 15 October 2022, Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone and Kampong Speu Provincial Branches had jointly funded the setting–up of a children’s outdoor playground that were equipped with slides, swings and seesaws as well as donated study materials to 195 students of Pun Leu Thmey Primary School, Kampong Speu Province worth USD1,000.

The staff and students also carried out tree-planting activities in the school compound to raise awareness on the importance of protecting the environment.

Preah Sihanouk Branch donated 10 refurbished desktop computers to the Cambodia-Japan Friendship Sakura Secondary School, Preah Sihanouk worth USD500 on 8 October 2022 to facilitate in the setting up of basic computer classes for the students.

Teeth Matters

Campu Bank collaborated with Roomchang Dental Clinic in creating awareness on dental care by organising a talk on ‘Orthodontic Treatment’ at Campu Bank head office on 8 October 2022.

The talk was conducted by Dr. Lao Channvattey, an eminent dental surgeon in Phnom Penh and received about a participation of 70 staff. Dr. Lao touched on the importance of regular checkups and proper techniques of brushing and flossing to maintain a good oral hygiene.

On 1 October 2022, Kampot Branch had donated five refurbished desktop computers and essential food stuff worth USD500 to Khmer Cultural Development Institute.

The Khmer Cultural Development Institute is a non-governmental and non-profit humanitarian organisation dedicated to care for the vulnerable and disadvantaged children and preservation of Cambodian art and culture. The Institute teaches traditional music and dance classes to the Institute members.

On 29 September 2022, Campu Bank donated USD3,000 to the Raksa Koma Foundation, the Khmer Sight Foundation and Hope Cambodia.

The Orphanage Center of Kampong Cham Province were delighted to receive five refurbished computers and five computer tables worth USD500 from Kampong Cham Branch on 17 September 2022. The assets were used for their computer classes and office work.

Campu Bank Made Its Presence at Tourism Malaysia’s “Let’s Go Malaysia Travel Fair 2022”

Campu Bank was honoured to be given with the exclusive privilege by the Embassy of Malaysia as the only bank to set up a promotional booth at the “Let’s Go Malaysia Travel Fair 2022”.

The fair was organised by Tourism Malaysia from 2 to 4 September 2022 to promote and renew public interest in Malaysia as a tourism destination after a 2-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

A competition on ‘10 Possible Ways to Save Water’ was held for the grade 4 to 5 students to create awareness and importance of environment conservation. Five winners received cash prize of USD50 each as incentive.

On 6 August 2022, Olympic and Olympic Market Service Branches jointly donated USD1,000 and assisted to refurbish a kindergarten classroom at Thmey Primary School, which is located in Thmey Village, Thmey Commune, Kandal Stoeng District in Kandal Province.
 
The refurbishment aimed to provide a more conducive learning environment for the children.
 

Phnom Penh Main Branch donated school education materials to the SOS Children’s Village in Phnom Penh

Education materials such as backpacks, books and stationeries worth USD800 were donated to the SOS Children’s Village in Phnom Penh on 6 August 2022.The Branch staff and the children spent time together with fun filled and educational activities such as colouring competition and balloon games.

Bavet Branch donated rice food necessities to the Orphan Centre Krong Svay Rieng in Svay Rieng Province on 6 August 2022. The Orphan Centre provides shelter and education to 37 orphans. The Branch also sponsored the replacement of three toilet doors for the Orphan Centre.
To instill a sense of cleanliness, the Branch staff together with the children of Orphan Centre carried out rubbish collection activity at the Veal Yon (Svay Rieng) wet market.
 

USD 5,000 to Cambodia Gala Charity Dinner for Mine Clearing

As the Gold Sponsor for ‘Cambodia Gala Charity Dinner for Mine Clearing’, Campu Bank contributed USD 5,000 to the charity.

The Gala Dinner was held on 1 August 2022 at the Nagaworld Hotel in Phnom Penh. Jointly organised by the Malaysian Business Chamber of Cambodia (MBCC) and Cambodian Mine Action and Victim Assistance Authority (CMAA), the charity dinner was to raise funds to support the efforts by the Government of Cambodia to make the country mine-free by 2025.

The dinner was attended by His Excellency Hun Manet, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces, His Excellency Ly Thuch, First Vice President of CMAA and His Excellency Eldeen Husaini, Malaysian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Cambodia as well as about 500 representatives from various government ministries, banks/financial institutions, members of MBCC and private enterprises.

Essential food and supplies were donated to the Development Enfance Cambodge (DEC), a non-profit non-government organisation that provides shelter and education to 38 underprivileged children in Cambodia in the Kandal Province on 31 July 2022.

Campu Bank and AIA (Cambodia) Life Insurance Plc. jointly organized the “CPB-AIA Branch Manager Strategies Meeting” at the Garden City Hotel, Phnom Penh on 30 July 2022.
 
The meeting was attended by a total of 30 participants comprising 18 attendees from Campu Bank and 12 attendees from AIA. The meeting also encouraged both teams to foster greater partnership and engagement, to “think out of the box” and deliver competitive strategies in order to acquire a stronger position and bigger market share in the bancassurance business in Cambodia.
 

Rooting for the Earth, Campu Bank Participates in the National Tree Planting Day

As part of ongoing Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives, Campu Bank had participated in a tree planting activity organized by the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC) at the Po Satharam Pagoda in Boeng Lvea Village, Kampong Thmor Commune, Santok District in Kampong Thom Province on 9 July 2022.
The ceremony was presided over by Her Excellency Dr. Chea Serey, Deputy Governor, NBC and held in conjunction with the National Tree Planting Day. The event was attended by about 400 participants from the NBC, local residents, teachers and students.
Aimed to raise public awareness on the importance of forest restoration, the initiative also intent to inspire people to care, love and preserve the environment and the forests. With the teamwork of all, a total of 300 Korki saplings were planted to commemorate the event.
On a separate occasion and in conjunction with its 30th anniversary celebration, Campu Bank donated five personal computers and three printers to the Kampong Thmor Communal Office and Kampong Thmor High School through the NBC as part of its ESG initiative.

Medical cabinets worth USD500 were donated to the Somroung Thom Government Hospital, Chroydorng Village, Somroung Thom commune, Kien Svay District in Kandal Province on 9 July 2022.

Phase 5 Customer Care Campaign

In conjunction with Campu Bank’s 30th anniversary celebration and as part of the Bank’s continuous efforts to provide excellent services to customers, Campu Bank launched the Customer Care Campaign - Phase 5 with the theme “Doing It Right For You” and sub-tagline “Your Needs Our Focus” from 8 July 2022 to 7 October 2022.
 
The bankwide campaign focused on reinforcing Campu Bank’s commitment in maintaining high standard of customer service and improving its service delivery in all aspects as part of the Bank’s continuous efforts to provide excellent services to its customers.
 

Happy 30th Anniversary!

Campu Bank celebrated its 30th Anniversary on 25 May 2022 at Campu Bank Building to coincide with the date of its first branch opening in Phnom Penh on 25 May 1992. To signify the milestone achievements together, the celebration was carried out simultaneously at all branches.
 
Since its establishment, Campu Bank has made its mark in Cambodia and has successfully expanded its network to 31 branches to date. To reach a wider spectrum of customers and the community, Campu Bank aspire to set up more branches in the next few years.
 
In meeting customers’ demands of this fast-paced moving technology era, Campu Bank plans to roll out more seamless and robust digital services including real time cross border fund transfer between Cambodia and Malaysia, activate promotion of new products and services and on-boarding of new accounts holders and cardholders with more attractive gifts and give-away this year.
 

USD 5,000 Donation to Cambodian Red Cross 

USD5,000 was donated to the Cambodian Red Cross (CRC) in conjunction with its 159th International Red Cross and Red Crescent Day on 5 May 2022. This year also marks the 12th consecutive year of support from Campu Bank to CRC.
 
The donation aimed to assist CRC in carrying out its year-long activities to finance the needy and underprivileged especially those in the suburb and rural areas. These communities were often affected by the natural disasters such as floods and droughts.
 
Mr. Ong Ming Teck, Chief Executive Officer of Campu Bank presented the mock cheque to Her Excellency Lok Chumteav Ouk Maly, the Deputy Governor of National Bank of Cambodia and also the Head of Financial for CRC. The presentation was held at the CRC Head Office in Phnom Penh.
 

Campu Bank Signs Partnership Agreement with Credit Guarantee Corporation of Cambodia Plc

Campu Bank signed a partnership agreement with Credit Guarantee Corporation of Cambodia Plc. (CGCC) on 10 March 2022 in Campu Bank Head Office.

The partnership aimed to financially aid the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) with easy acess to business financing amidst economically challenges posed by COVID-19. The collaboration also sees to provide capital expenditure and working capital financing.

In the signing cereomy, Campu Bank was represented by Mr. Ong Ming Teck, Chief Executive Officer, whilst CGCC was represented by its Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Wong Keet Loong. Campu Bank is committed to provide financing to its SMEs customers while supporting the nation’s economy recovery, in line with the Government of Cambodia’s aspiration to assist SMEs in business expansion.
 

USD5,000 Donation for Breast Cancer Awareness

Campu Bank as the Platinum Sponsor donated USD5,000 to Sihanouk Hospital Centre of Hope on 14 February 2022 during an event organised by AIA (Cambodia) Life Insurance Plc. The donation is aimed to raise public awareness on breast cancer and its treatement.

Sihanouk Hospital Centre of Hope has been running its Breast Cancer Initiative since 2008 by providing affordable medical treatement to the vulnerable and underprivileged in Cambodia. The hospital is also an internationally recognised breast cancer hospital that offers education on early detection of cancer, screening and treatment, and training for medical doctors.
 

Campu Bank’s Courtesy Visit to the Japanese Ambassador

Campu Bank paid a courtesy visit to His Excellency Mikami Masahiro, Japanese Ambassador to Cambodia on 20 December 2021.
 
Mr. Ong Ming Teck, CEO and Ms. Chou Davy, Head of Business Development updated His Excellency Mikami Masahiro on Campu Bank’s role in the nation’s business development and its support of Japanese investments, alongside with the language helpdesk that are available in the Bank.
 
Mr. Ong Ming Teck also presented the Bank’s publication titled ‘Legendary: The Man. The Mission. The Masterclass – Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Dr.Teh Hong Piow’ to the Ambassador during the visit.
 

Collaboration with AIA Cambodia on Extension of Distribution Agreement

Campu Bank signed an extension of the Distribution Agreement with AIA (Cambodia) Life Insurance Plc for another 15 years to 2037 on 12 November 2021.

The extension of the partnership between Campu Bank and AIA reflected the strength and strong collaboration between these two market leaders in distribution of bancassurance products.

To date, more than 4,000 Campu Bank customers have benefited from this successful collaboration.

The extended Distribution Agreement was signed by Mr. Ong Ming Teck, CEO of Campu Bank with Mr. Andrew Loh Tse Yew, CEO of AIA. The signing ceremony was witnessed by valued customers, management staff and branch managers and AIA life planners.
 

Campu Bank and AIA Cambodia Launch Project Soaring Eagle

Campu Bank and AIA Cambodia Life Insurance Plc launched ‘Project Soaring Eagle’ on 3 November 2021 to kick off the bancassurance lead generation initiative to the next level.

Under first phase of the bancassurance lead generation, nine selected branches namely Phnom Penh Main, Olympic, Takhmao, Tek Thla, Mao Tse Toung, Toul Kork, Stueng Meanchey, Boeng Trabek and Saensokh together with Business Development Department in Head Office will undergo a sales coaching programme.

The programme consists a number of new initiatives and marketing strategies to incentivise all levels of branch staff and marketing officers to further boost lead generation in achieving a higher annualised new premium for 2022. 

Another eight branches namely Phsar Kandal, Chroy Changva, PPSEZ, Chbar Ampov, Boeng Tumpun, Toul Tumpung, Street 271 and Preah Sihanouk Blvd were under phase two which was launched on 1 December 2021 while the remaining 14 branches were anticipated to be enrolled in 2022 first quarter.
 

Angkor Hospital for Children Receives Donation

On 27 August 2021, Siem Reap Branch donated USD100 to Angkor Hospital for Children (AHC) in support for its charity drive. The charity was initiated in conjunction with 8th Bon Phka Prak, a religious ceremony observed by the Buddhists.
 
The donation was organised to assist with the Branch’s contribution purchase on essentials, healthcare and medical treatment to the underprivileged children.

The contribution was presented to Ms. Arun Sinketh, Head of Liaison Office of AHC at the hospital by Mr. Khoun Saingputhyrith, Branch Manager of Siem Reap Branch.
 

Campu Bank Donates Essential Supplies for COVID-19

As part of Campu Bank’s ongoing Corporate Social Responsibilities initiatives, the Bank had on 27 July 2021, donated essential supplies such as rice, mineral water bottles, face masks and hand sanitizers to Koh Kong City Hall.

The donation was made to support the City Hall’s initiative in assisting COVID-19 victims in the province who were undergoing quarantine.

Her Excellency Mithuna Phuthong, the Governor of Koh Kong Province presented a certificate of appreciation to the Branch Manager of Koh Kong Branch who represented Campu Bank.
 

Donation Drive For The Unfortunates

Campu Bank donated food items worth USD5,000 joining in the donation drive effort by the Association of Banks in Cambodia.
 
The drive was organized in support of the Government’s effort to ease the burden of the unfortunates caused by COVID-19 lockdown in Phnom Penh and Takhmao cities from 15 April to 5 May 2021.

Campu Bank Awarded By VISA International

VISA International (VISA), a world lending digital payment service provider has bestowed Campu Bank with two leadership awards, namely ‘Leadership in Credit Payment Volume 2020’ and ‘Leadership in Average Spend VISA Affluent Credit 2020’.
 
The awards were given in the recognition of the participating banks contribution to the growth of VISA product on 29 April 2021.
 

Courtesy visit to the Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia

Campu Bank represented by its Cheif Executive Officer, Mr. Ong Ming Teck and other Senior Management Staff paid a courtesy visit to His Excellency Chea Chanto, the Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia on 26 February 2021.

Campu Bank Donates Medical Supplies

As part of the ongoing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, Campu Bank had contributed essential medical supplies such as face masks and gloves worth USD5,000 to the Khmer-Soviet Friendship Hospital on 10 April 2020. The Government of Cambodia had appointed this hospital jointly with Pasteur Institute of Phnom Penh to conduct screening test and treatment of COVID-19.
