Mr. Ong Ming Teck

Holder of a Bachelor of Business Degree, AMIM, DBFS and CCP, Ong Ming Teck has a total of 40 years service with the Public Bank Group. He was a Deputy General Manager prior to his appointment as Chief Executive Officer on 11 January 2021.

He is also an Executive Director of Cambodian Public Bank Plc. with effect from 26 April 2021.

Mr. Sor Sokunthea
Chief Operating Officer

Holder of a Master's degree in Finance, Sor Sokunthea has a total of 31 years service with Cambodian Public Bank Plc. He was a Deputy General Manager prior to his appointment as Senior General Manager on 11 January 2021. He was re-designated as Chief Operating Officer with effect from 4 May 2021.

Mr. Ngor Lyko
Chief Operating Officer

Holder of a Master's degree in Business Administration and Professional Banker of Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers, Ngor Lyko has a total of 18 years service with Cambodian Public Bank Plc. He was an Assistant General Manager prior to his appointment as General Manager on 11 January 2021. He was re-designated as Chief Operating Officer with effect from 4 May 2021. 

Ms. Bun Chanraksmey
Assistant Vice President

Holder of a Master’s degree in General Management and Professional Banker of Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers, Bun Chanraksmey has a total of 18 years service with Cambodian Public Bank Plc. She was a Branch Manager before her appointment as Senior Manager in June 2021. She was re-designated as Assistant Vice President with effect from 1 June 2024.
