How do I replace the SecureSign in the event that it is damaged or the battery is low/万一SecureSign损坏或电池电量不足,该如何更换?
Warranty of the product is 6 months from date of issuance. A replacement can be requested from any of our Campu Bank branches. Depending on the usage and normal conditions, the battery should be good for 4 years or more.

How long does it take for me to receive a SecureSign/我需要多长时间才能收到SecureSign?

Generally 7 working days or earlier depending on stock availability.

What is PAC/什么是PAC?
PAC is system generated six digit authentication code. Each PAC is unique and acts as an additional layer of security to protect your banking accounts.


Always treat each PAC with care. Do not share or key in your PAC number without checking these details first!

  • Payee’s name
  • Transaction amount
  • Serial number
  • PAC number
  • Date
  • Time

Remember: The PAC number is never required at CPBeBank’s login page.

You will receive a PAC via SMS when you are performing an internet banking transaction. This only happens after you have successfully logged in to CPBeBank.com.

How do I obtain a PAC/如何获得PAC?
Once you have successfully registered your mobile phone number, a “Request PAC Now” option will be available to you whenever you make the above transactions.

 
Click on “Request PAC Now” and a 6-digit authentication code will transmitted to your mobile phone via SMS.
 

Note: Customers who are overseas and wish to obtain a PAC must possess a Cambodia mobile service number and an access to international call roaming service.

Kindly visit any of our Campu Bank branches to register your mobile phone number.
 

Note: Should there be a change in your mobile phone number, kindly update your registered mobile phone number at any Campu Bank Branch.

Can I use the same PAC for multiple transactions/我可以将同一个PAC用于多次交易吗?

No. A new PAC is required for every transaction.

How does PAC work/PAC如何运作?
  • Select the transaction you wish to make
  • At confirmation page, click on “Request PAC Now”
  • Once you have received your SMS, enter the 6-digit authentication number. Ensure the serial number shown on screen matches the serial number in your SMS.
  • Upon checking the serial number, enter the PAC number shown in your SMS into the transaction screen.
  • Click "Confirm" to confirm your transaction.  
  • 选择您要进行的交易

SecureSign is a new digital signing process to confirm and approve financial transactions performed via CPBeBank.com.  Authentication of the transaction is through the digital signature made by the authorizer.

SecureSign uses Two Factor Authentication technology and digital signature solution to authenticate and secure internet banking transactions. The token is secured with PIN and uses advance encryption standards.

You may subscribe for the service at any of our Campu Bank branches.

What precautions should I take to secure the token/我应该采取哪些预防措施来保护TOKEN?
Activate your personalized PIN (6 digits) immediately upon receipt of the token. Always keep the PIN secret and the token safe. Do not leave the token unattended or share it with anyone else. For added security, change the PIN on a periodical basis. Try to avoid weak PINs such 123456, 282828, 444444 etc. Without the token, transactions cannot be performed without your knowledge nor authorization.

What if I forgot the PIN/如果我忘记了密码怎么办?
You have six attempts at the PIN. After which, the token will be blocked with the ‘Unblock Code’ displayed. You have to proceed to any of our Campu Bank branches personally to have the token unblocked at no cost.

What if my token is spoil or lost, who to contact for assistance/如果我的 Token 已损坏或丢失,该找谁寻求帮助?
If your token is spoil or lost, please report it immediately to Campu Bank Customer Support Centre at (855) 23 999 688 / (855) 23 998 896 / (855) 23 428 100 or contact the branch to have the token deactivated.
