Escrow Service refers to any transaction involved with the transfer of asset from a party called “Trustor” or “Buyer” into the custody or management at the disposal to an independent third party called“Trustee Operator” or “Campu Bank” for the benefit of another party called “Beneficiary” or “Seller”.
