 To Receive Money:

1. Go to the nearest Western Union Agent location, fill up the “To Receive Form” with full details of sender’s name, amount expected, sending country, and Money Transfer Control Number.
2. Present the form and original ID card or passport to Agent Operator.
3. Sign receipt and receive money.

To Send Money:

1. Go to the nearest Western Union Agent location and fill up the “To Send Money” form.
2. Present the form, original ID card or passport, money and fees to Agent operator.
3. Receive a receipt with a 10-digit Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN). Call your receiver and provide them with the transaction details including full details of sender’s name, amount being sent, sending country, and 10-digit MTCN. Do not disclose the transaction details to any one other than your named receiver.
