1. Steps to register for push notification via Telegram channel are as follows:
Tap on “New Group”
Tap on “Next” to add
relevant members
Tap on “Create” to
create group name
User can add any member into the group
Add “Campubankbot” and tap on “Done”
User is required to copy Telegram Group ID and paste into account intended for Push Notification via Telegram
2. Linkage of the Telegram Group ID with Designated Account via PB engage KH:
Log into PB engage KH and select side menu “Setting”
Select “Push Notification”
User select Current Account and/or Savings Account to link to Telegram
Group to receive the push notification
PB engage KH will prompt user input Telegram Group ID prompted at Telegram group chat
Upon completion, a green
tick will be shown
Telegram will push notification to notify the successful linkage of the CASA account
User generate KHQR to receive payment
Push Notification is show on PB engage KH as per existing practice
Telegram group will also
receive push notification
for all payment received
