Lost or misplaced your Credit / Debit / ATM card? Here’s what to do.
Cancel your Credit / Debit card via PB engage KH
- Log in to PB engage KH and select ‘Settings’
- Select 'Profile Maintenance'
- Select 'Report Lost Card'
- Choose the card(s) you want to cancel and click on 'Next'
- Check if the card selected is correct before clicking on 'OK' to proceed.
- Upon confirmation, your card(s) will be cancelled immediately. The card can no longer be reactivated.

Call us at 855-23 222 910 or 855-92 222 909 to report your stolen or misplaced card.
To apply for a replacement Card, please visit your nearest Campu Bank branch.
All claims of a lost or stolen card or disputed transactions performed on the card will be investigated by the Bank upon receipt of all relevant information and in accordance with the Bank’s internal investigation procedures.
In the event the Bank finds that there has been any attempt to make false claim(s) on a disputed transaction, the Bank reserves the right to lodge a police report on the false claim(s) made, terminate your use of the credit card/debit card, as the case may be, and hold you liable for the amount of the disputed transaction(s) and all costs and expenses incurred by the Bank.
